The George Mason PTA seeks to bring together home and school so parents and teachers can cooperate to ensure a safe, nurturing, and rich learning environment.
Specifically, the George Mason PTA:
— Coordinates and sponsors events that enrich the school experience for the GM community
— Provides enhanced learning opportunities for students such as educational grants for the classroom, author visits, and cultural enrichment presentations
— Works with community partners to support our school community
— Informs parents and teachers of local, state, and federal decisions impacting our school
